Delivery

At this stage we only deliver Pottery to the local South West area and Perth.

If you would like a quote on delivery to a current out of area delivery zone, please contact us at info@thepotteryboutique.com.au

It can be done and we look for the best value for your order. Email us and we will be back to you quickly with a quote for the freight.

Our despatch time is 3 days from order placement.

Our delivery service is only to the front of the house. This does not include unwrapping, potting or placing the pottery through the house/garden.
You are welcome to organise your own delivery by having a courier pick up at our warehouse. We will carefully wrap and pack the items ready for your courier to pick up. We are unable to take any responsibility for the damage of the items if you use this service once it leaves our warehouse.

We have number of options for delivery:

Pick up in store. You can purchase items via the website and then they will be available for you to pick up in store. Available to our Western Australian customers.

Free local delivery for orders over $100 to; Bunbury, Eaton, Australind, Dalyellup, Gelorup. Please advise us when you would like it delivered.

Perth metro area and Mandurah - Free on orders over $100.
We deliver Pottery directly to your door once a week on Thursday  This is the general rule.  Please email to confirm the delivery day as sometimes this may change. If you are not at home you will need to advised of a safe place to leave the order as our driver is unable to re-deliver the item.
For Thursday Perth deliveries, orders must be in by Tuesday at noon.

All other areas

Please call us.  We are happy to discuss the options and the cost of delivery.  If we are heading your way already we may be able to add your delivery or we can arrange another courier for you.

For smaller item deliveries throughout Australia

We used either Australia Post or Direct Freight Express.  We will request that the item be "Authorised to Leave" unless noted otherwise.
