If this is the case the first step is to email us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receipt of the order.
We will either require a photo of the fault or to see item in person. Please attach the photo to your notification email or return the product to the store.
Once we are certain that it is a manufacturing fault you will be offered a full refund of the purchase price or a store credit or a replacement item.
We do not offer returns or exchanges if you change your mind Please keep proof of purchase.
